To make a booking you must complete a Booking Form and pay the required deposit. We will then invoice you for the remainder of the cost, which you must pay no later than 6 weeks before departure. If you book less than 6 weeks before departure, full payment must be made on booking. The booking is not accepted and no contract exists until the date shown on the confirmation (1st date being the arrival date and the last date being departure day) this is issued by email as an attachment from the Company. Notification of cancellation must be made to the Company in writing (email).

A contract will exist between us when we have taken your booking and required payment. You will then receive a confirmation detailing exactly what you have booked. If you think anything is incorrect please contact us immediately via email.

Changes to your booking

If, after you have confirmed your booking, you wish to make any alterations, please contact La Manga Cycling by email. If an amendment is requested less than 6 weeks prior to the starting date of the holiday, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and charge the appropriate cancellation fee. (see cancellation policy).

Your Responsibilities

I agree to comply with all road rules and regulations, and all lawful instructions and directions of La Manga Cycling Ltd and all those employed by it.

 If I fail to comply with the road rules and regulations and instructions and/or directions of the organiser, I will not be permitted to ride or continue to ride. 

 La Manga Cycling Ltd is covered by professional indemnity insurance, but requires you to read and sign a copy of the following:

a. I acknowledge that I will be participating in strenuous physical exercise and am currently fit for such activities. I have been advised by La Manga Cycling Ltd to seek medical advice from a qualified medical practitioner before arriving in Spain if I have had any previous or current concerns regarding my health or fitness.

b. I agree that I will be cycling on public roads, mountainous areas that may put me at risk to personal injury or even death.I accept such risk and my actions and involvement in such sport related activities.

c. I have been advised by La Manga Cycling Ltd to take out travel insurance against the cost of medical treatment, evacuation, loss of earnings in the event of injury or illness if incurred while travelling or cycling. The insurance will also cover any loss or damage to my property (bicycle), and cover liability I might incur to third parties and against costs I      may incur in the event of cancellation. It is my responsibility to arrange insurance for the above.

d. I hereby agree that, except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of La Manga Cycling Ltd, neither La Manga Cycling Ltd nor its employed or recommended contacts will have any liability (whether in contract or in tort, including negligence) for any loss, damage, injury or death which I may suffer in connection with this sport activity nor for any failure by me to take out adequate insurance. 

e. I acknowledge that if I were to assert a claim such claim would be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of Spain.
